Readypave Limited was formed in 1998 by its Managing Director Andy Read. He started work in the industry in 1989 having trained in horticultural landscaping and then working in the construction industry, providing experience in both the aesthetic design and in the equally important structural elements.

 The philosophy from the start has been to build a reputation for quality workmanship and service using the best materials available to create surfaces that enhance any property.

A key factor to achieving these aims has been in the decision to only use its own employees  for the work. The result is in maintaining a workforce that is knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated to the company and its aims, a factor that is commented on by virtually every customer. Many companies are let down by their reliance on only one or two persons with the skill to undertake the process resulting in inconsistent standards achieved.

When you contact us for a quotation we will arrange a visit to you by Andy Read to discuss your project. This ensures that you get the best advise from the start with regards to your requirements and design options. It also means that you aren't paying up to 10% of the project cost to a salesman.

Whilst we are primarily a paving company we can also include other aspects into your project such as fencing and soft landscaping whilst we are undertaking your work, minimising disruption and reducing the number of companies to deal with.
