Our Background
Managing Director Andy Read started working with decorative concrete at County Cobblestone Company in the late 1980’s having trained in horticulture and construction. After a spell of installing driveways nationally he set up Ready Pave in 1998 to concentrate on providing a quality product and service to the domestic market in the North West, North Wales and Midlands areas.
Andy is one of the founding members of the NVQ Consultative Committee for the Construction Industry Training Board, an important body that sets the standards for training in the industry and is frequently contacted to inspect and report on imprinted concrete paving that has either failed due to poor practice or the original company has ceased trading.
